The final fees for any deal are the ones stated in the written funding terms we agree on. We may change the posted schedule at any time, and changes do not affect terms already agreed in writing.

We are a funding source, not your attorney, accountant, or advisor. Information on this site is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Rules for wholesaling, double closings, disclosures, and licensing vary, and you are responsible for following the laws and contract terms that apply to you. Talk with your own attorney, tax professional, and the escrow or title company handling your closing about your specific deal.
Other parties
Title companies, escrow agents, closing attorneys, sellers, and end buyers act independently of us. We are not responsible for their actions, delays, or decisions, and an end buyer failing to perform can affect whether a transaction closes.
